From Tokyo
The most convenient route is to transfer from Haneda or Narita Airport to Tokyo Station.
From Tokyo Station, take the Limited Express Odoriko on the JR Line to Izukyu-Shimoda Station, which takes approximately 2 hours and 40 minutes.
